How do you return something?

 

Call 847-702-1102 or email  to obtain a return authorization number. A customer service representative will than email or call you back with instructions on how to return the item.

 

Please send your items back any method you choose but please send your item back insured.

 

Once we receive your items please allow 1-2 weeks for us to process your refund.  Please call your credit card directly to confirm the refund has been processed.

 

How do I exchange something?

 

Simply send your item back with your invoice.  Be sure to include on your invoice the items you would like to exchange for.  Once we receive the items back we will process your exchange within 3 business days. A customer service representative will call you for payment on the shipping of the exchanged items.

You have 30 days from the time you receive your order to send your items back for an exchange.
